Minimum QualificationsThe successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. Certifications such as PMI-ACP, OSCP, CEH, CISSP, and others like TOGAF, ITIL, COBIT are advantageous.
A seasoned professional with a minimum of 10 years' experience in Information Technology, including at least 5 years in SecDevOps or a related field, and 5 years in managing technical teams is required. Experience in a high technology electronic environment with knowledge of aeronautical communication, navigation, and surveillance systems is essential.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent stakeholder management skills, in-depth knowledge of ICAO global and regional plans, experience in DevSecOps leadership and security management, and strong knowledge of secure software development practices.
