Client Relationship Director

The Recruitment Council is hiring a Client Relationship Director to manage and grow relationships with Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs). The ideal candidate will drive business growth, meet sales targets, and promote tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement- Maintain consistent engagement with IFAs and their practices.
- Understand the competitive landscape and operational environment.
- Respond to queries efficiently and provide timely feedback.
- Regularly visit IFAs to promote relevant products.
- Monitor activities to exceed sales targets.
- Nurture relationships with Risk and Saving IFAs.
- Develop IFA retention strategies.
- Promote the brand and digital solutions.
- Position the company as a thought leader in the industry.
- Deliver accountability, innovation, excellence, and influence in business dealings.
- Provide coaching to IFAs on advice-led strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and legislation.
- Keep IFAs informed through regular interactions and coaching.
- Achieve and exceed minimum input and productive IFA targets.
- Foster business retention and growth of IFAs' portfolios.
- Understand the strengths, vulnerabilities, risks, and opportunities of IFA practices.
- Cultivate the company as the preferred partner for advice-led solutions.
Requirements:
- A 3-year tertiary qualification or willingness to pursue further education.
- 1-3 years of relevant sales and communication experience.
- Experience with company products is advantageous.
