Job Title: Field Marketing Specialist - Western Cape

At Red Bull, we're always pushing the boundaries of what's possible. As a Field Marketing Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, driving engagement and loyalty among our target audience in the Western Cape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute local marketing strategies that align with Red Bull's global and national initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Field Marketing Manager to create and implement marketing initiatives that drive trial and consumption among our target audience.
  • Work closely with the Consumer Collecting Manager to set clear goals and drive trial among new users on campuses across the region.
  • Identify and selectively support cross-marketing opportunities with sales, marketing, and Red Bull Media Network to create a 360-degree marketing plan that fits the needs of the region.
  • Lead the creative process with Student Marketeers to develop new ideas and build loyalty among the student audience.
  • Participate in the creation of new and exciting local relevant stories to create a local face for Red Bull, with extended relevance and consumer touch points in print, TV, and web.
Requirements:
  • A strong understanding of the consumer landscape and how to approach and reach a variety of consumers in different consumption occasions and relevant ways through direct and indirect sampling.
  • Experience in leading teams and managing people, with a track record of putting new ideas into practice and assessing results.
  • Excellent communication skills, including presenting and training abilities, with a self-confident and sporty attitude.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel in the Western Cape, with a travel requirement of 50-60%.
