Position Overview

As a Lead Quality Assurance Engineer, you will spearhead the design and implementation of performance and automation testing frameworks. Your role will involve close collaboration with management to establish automation strategies and to plan and execute comprehensive performance and automation testing initiatives. This is essential for ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of high-caliber software products and data.

Key Responsibilities


• Driving process enhancements that facilitate efficient delivery and maintenance with consistent guidance.

• Investigating and managing tools while leading projects to enhance testing capabilities and product quality in a cost-effective manner.

• Creating and executing automated and performance testing for designated projects to ensure the consistent delivery of superior software.

• Troubleshooting issues and outcomes, conducting research to identify root causes as necessary.

• Spotting opportunities to leverage existing automation or other tools to fulfill testing requirements.

• Enhancing testing capabilities and efficiency by identifying collaboration opportunities with other teams.

• Conducting project evaluations, defining review criteria, and implementing procedures to ensure quality control of project outputs.

• Partnering with teams to strategize testing for product delivery and enhancements to guarantee that products meet specified requirements and quality benchmarks.

Qualifications


• Possess advanced expertise in QA methodologies and a solid understanding of process improvement.

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience in QA engineering.

• Have extensive experience in Java and a thorough understanding of Object-Oriented Principles.

• Demonstrate proficiency with Selenium WebDriver.

• Capable of developing and executing automated and performance testing.

• Familiarity with various QA testing methodologies, including both traditional and innovative products.
