Job Title: External Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced External Sales Representative to join our team at ACDC Dynamics. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, providing valuable insights to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and initiatives
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently delivering results-driven performance
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain accurate and complete customer account information, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
  • Stay organized and manage multiple priorities, meeting deadlines and delivering results in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in an electrical manufacturing or sales environment
  • Technical product knowledge of electrical products, preferably with a technical qualification
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong marketing and sales competencies, with the ability to analyze markets and set new strategies
  • Ability to establish new markets, build new business relationships, and train clients on products
