Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and meticulous Automotive Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Prudent HR Solutions. This key position plays a critical role in ensuring that all vehicle repairs meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.

About the Role

The successful candidate will conduct thorough inspections of vehicles undergoing repairs, identify and document any defects or deviations from required repair procedures, and provide feedback on repair processes to enhance overall efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Conduct detailed inspections of vehicles to ensure adherence to established quality standards.
    • Document inspection findings, including photographs and written reports.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of inspection results for management and technicians.
    • Prepare comprehensive documentation outlining necessary corrective actions.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Collaborate with the automotive repair team to identify areas for improvement.
    • Implement corrective measures to enhance overall efficiency and quality.
  • Customer Communication:
    • Communicate inspection results to customers in a clear and professional manner.
    • Address customer concerns related to the quality of repairs.
  • Training and Development:
    • Provide training and guidance to technicians on quality standards and repair techniques.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to continuously improve quality control processes.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in automotive quality control or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive repair processes, materials, and industry standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with relevant tools and equipment used in automotive body repair.
  • Certification in quality control or a related field is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
