Quality Assurance and Production Manager

**Key Responsibilities:**
As a senior leader at Profile Personnel, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Assurance and Production Manager to oversee the manufacturing function within budget and output targets. This role will ensure that customer requirements and standards are met, maintaining a safe and quality-driven work environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the plant's medium to long-term manufacturing strategy, aligning it with the overall business strategy.
- Effectively manage production to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
- Communicate with other departmental managers to ensure smooth production and quality control processes.
- Drive process improvements through data analysis and implementation of lean manufacturing principles.
- Investigate and resolve manufacturing-related problems and sub-standard performance issues.
Requirements:
We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a degree in engineering and at least 6 years of experience in the automotive industry in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of driving quality and productivity improvements.
