Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, guiding and coaching the team in Agile principles and practices.
  2. Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  3. Work closely with product owners, Software engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals, priorities, and requirements.
  4. Remove any obstacles or impediments that may impact the team's ability to deliver quality software within agreed timelines.
  5. Promote and foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation within the team.
  6. Utilize Jira and Confluence to track and manage project progress, backlog, and team metrics.
  7. Ensure the team follows engineering best practices and effective release processes.
  8. Mentor team members on Agile principles, practices, and techniques, promoting their professional growth and development.
  9. Work with Product Owner in developing and managing the product backlog.
