Lead Agile Projects

As an Agile Project Leadership Specialist, you will be responsible for leading Agile projects and facilitating Scrum practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and remove obstacles that hinder progress.

Coach Teams on Agile Practices

You will coach teams on Agile principles and practices, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed. Your expertise will help teams navigate complex project requirements and achieve their goals.

Remove Obstacles and Collaborate with Product Owners

You will collaborate with Product Owners to ensure project quality and manage changes effectively. Your ability to remove obstacles and facilitate communication will be crucial in achieving project success.

Utilize Business Analyst Skills

You will utilize your Business Analyst skills to define and manage requirements, ensuring that projects meet business needs and deliver value to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Project Management/Scrum Master roles with a Business Analyst background
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PMM) preferred
  • Proficient with JIRA, Trello, Asana, MS Project
  • Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Business, or related)
  • Matric required
