**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at GBS. This role involves end-to-end recruitment, specializing in niche and support roles.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Screening candidate applications, communicating effectively with them throughout the process via our ATS system
  • Ensuring an optimal candidate experience by providing timely feedback and clear communication
  • Drafting and posting job adverts on relevant platforms, evaluating their effectiveness and making recommendations for improvement
  • Conducting briefing sessions with hiring managers to align on requirements and address any concerns
  • Following up with candidates, telephonically screening and shortlisting them, and compiling reports as required

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Review the effectiveness of current adverts and provide recommendations for adjustments to enhance recruitment rates
  • Liaise with recruitment vendors when necessary
  • Run pre-employment checks and ensure they are up to date
  • Draft offer letters for successful candidates and send business communications for new starts

**Requirements**

  • Relevant qualification in HR or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of solid experience in end-to-end recruitment, specializing in recruiting for niche and support roles
  • Prior experience recruiting for sales roles within the call center space is essential
  • Proficient in MS Office with good reporting skills
  • Extensive experience working on various recruitment portals and an ATS is mandatory
  • Ideal accreditation to conduct verification checks on MIE

**Estimated Salary**: R550,000 - R650,000 per annum
