Job Description
  • We investigate and analyze business problems using various methods and techniques, documenting requirements through interviews or facilitation sessions.
  • We conduct engagements with key role-players to understand their business processes, needs, and challenges, analyzing existing processes & technology and proposing new developments and changes.
  • We construct programs, including coding, testing, and debugging, preparing business cases and conducting risk assessments.
  • We conduct playback sessions to ensure accuracy and completeness of extracted information, bridging the gap between IT and the business using data analytics.
  • We help businesses improve processes, services, and software by guiding them in process mapping, business case development, and IT operational and strategic planning.
Requirements

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree and/or B-Tech in Information Technology is required.
  • Business Analysis Certification is essential.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst is necessary.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Experience in process mapping, business case development, and IT operational and strategic planning is desired.
  • Experience as a product owner with agile methodology is preferred.
