Rivoni Recruitment Specialists is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Superintendent to lead our client's machine shop in Vanderbijlpark. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine tool fitting, with at least 15 years of experience in managing people and overseeing maintenance operations. Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the maintenance and repair of machine tools and equipment
• Managing a team of maintenance personnel
• Coordinating with production staff to ensure minimal downtime
• Conducting regular safety inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed
• Providing training and guidance to team members as required

Requirements:

• Grade 12/N3
• Minimum 15 years of experience in machine shop maintenance
• Proven track record of managing people and leading teams
• Strong knowledge of machine tool fitting and repair
• Overhead crane experience a plus
