We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join our team as a Sales and Business Development Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our software 'RIB Candy' to the construction industry, managing pipelines, nurturing long-term prospects, and maintaining accurate records via Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Selling RIB Candy software to the construction industry
  • Managing pipelines and progressing leads and opportunities
  • Nurturing long-term prospects
  • Maintaining accurate records via Salesforce
  • Researching new market opportunities
  • Experience in selling complex solutions or financial packages
  • Owning a reliable vehicle and holding a valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel occasionally
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
  • Motivation to learn about the construction industry
  • Persuasive skills to close deals
  • Strong communication skills
  • Project management experience or exposure to PM tools
  • Familiarity with Oracle Net suite or Pastel accounting
