Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless functionality and outstanding service.
  • Lead and mentor front-of-house staff, fostering a positive team environment and promoting excellent customer service skills.
  • Develop and update service protocols to enhance the overall dining experience and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure high standards of service quality, presentation, and hygiene are consistently met.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure a seamless dining experience and maintain efficient food preparation processes.
  • Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage costs effectively to optimize profitability.
  • Manage restaurant budgets and maintain accurate financial records to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement strategies to minimize risks.
  • Address any restaurant-related issues promptly and professionally, ensuring minimal disruption to customers.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role, demonstrating expertise in hospitality operations and management.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including service techniques, menu development, and inventory management.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • High standards of cleanliness and service quality, ensuring a safe and enjoyable dining experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and staff.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure environments with ease, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
  • Hospitality management qualifications are highly desirable, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry best practices.
