Job Description

As a Senior Business Analyst at Qima, you will play a crucial role in guiding your team to translate clients' needs into actionable research that meets their desired objectives.

You will work closely with the Research Executive to provide input into all elements of research/project design, including sampling, briefs, screeners, questionnaires, discussion guides, data requests, tables, reports, and presentations.

Your key responsibilities will include checking and approving the analysis plan, screener, questionnaire, discussion guide design, mocks, report & presentation prior to sending to the client for approval.

You will also attend all briefs and ensure that all relevant background and positioning is provided by your team, and that they have prepared the technical brief and timing documents.

In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring correct research methodology & process is adhered to, liaising weekly with project management regarding all aspects of projects, making informed decisions regarding client projects, and brainstorming analysis and presentations with your team.

Responsibilities
  1. Liaise with the relevant experts for input to analysis, reports, and presentations.
  2. Supports and develops the team with regards to insights and value add.
  3. Ensures research basics and disciplines are implemented and upheld.
  4. Presents results to clients.
  5. Ensures profitability on their projects.
Requirements
  • Matric qualification.
  • A relevant degree in Marketing/Business/Arts (preferably with Honours).
  • Minimum 3-years experience managing a team.
  • Minimum 3-years sales and client relationship management experience.
