Leading Beauty and Cosmetic Manager for Eastern Cape Location

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Leader to join our Dis-Chem Pharmacies team in the Eastern Cape.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our cosmetic team, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth in the region. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven professional to make a meaningful impact on our business.
About the Role:As a Leading Beauty and Cosmetic Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our cosmetics department, including staff management, stock control, and visual merchandising. Your primary objective will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales growth, and maintain a high level of store presentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and support sales staff under the guidance of the Store Manager and in accordance with Dis-Chem policies and procedures.
- Ensure Cosmetic Consultants are allocated to the right and relevant cosmetic and beauty products.
- Manage and encourage feedback from customers and staff, using it to improve performance and achieve goals.
- Be accountable for managing stock control through effective planning and ordering of stock in collaboration with Dis-Chem's warehouse and logistics teams.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness within the store and ensure that all displays and merchandise are presented attractively and effectively.
- Develop and implement monthly promotions to achieve departmental sales targets.
- Keep up-to-date with in-depth knowledge regarding products, brands, and industry trends.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a retail environment, preferably in a leadership or management position.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
