Job Description

AECI is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Officer to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Management: Evaluate and approve structural and electrical repair work, as well as tendering and contracting for various services.
  • Reporting and Administration: Generate purchase requisitions, contract job order instructions, and monthly reports on technical issues and works in progress.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Coordinate and oversee the maintenance of equipment, including fire equipment, air conditioners, electrical equipment, and pumps.
  • Inspections and Compliance: Conduct regular inspections of premises to ensure compliance with safety regulations and report any issues.
  • Tenant Liaison: Meet with tenants to address technical issues and concerns.
  • General Safety Management: Ensure that all safety requirements are met, including OHS Act and Regulations.
