At Hire Resolve, we are seeking a highly skilled tradesperson to join our team as a Millwright in East London. The ideal candidate will have experience in the air conditioning and HVAC industry, with a strong technical background and trade qualification as a Millwright (Red Seal).

This role involves maintaining, repairing, and optimizing machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and reliable operations. Responsibilities include conducting routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC machinery and equipment, diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in air conditioning units.

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and commissioning new HVAC systems and equipment as required, performing preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and enhance productivity, troubleshooting equipment failures, and providing effective solutions.

To excel in this role, you will need strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills specific to HVAC systems, proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and a strong understanding of workplace safety regulations and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
