Responsibilities

  • To install, configure, and manage desktops, laptops, and other IT hardware to meet the needs of our clients.
  • To deploy and manage SIM cards across multiple devices to ensure seamless communication.
  • To utilize Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager for efficient device management.
  • To provide expert technical support and troubleshooting services to resolve complex issues.
  • To maintain accurate documentation and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
  • To travel to different sites as required to provide on-site support.
  • To work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs.

Requirements
