- Stay informed about industry trends and regulations, continuously enhancing your knowledge and skills to better serve clients.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
- RE 5 non-negotiable OR No RE at least must have 5 years B2B and extensive sales experience)
- Even if they are not from the insurance industry, our client accepts candidates with extensive, hard-core sales experience.
- 3 years' experience selling Commercial and/or personal lines
- 3 years remaining to get full FAIS qualification if not already completed
- Face-to-face sales, ability to build and maintain rapport with various types of clients
- Sales focus 70% commercial and 30% personal lines
- Selling to SMME's
- Ability to prospect and work independently
- Own reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- A basic RPA negotiable (Our client has 3 tiers offering which will be based on the candidates experience and current salary)
- Plus Commission
- They are offering a petrol card capped at R3000
