Job Title: Broker Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Broker Administrator to join our team at ATripleA Recruitment and Temps. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our brokers and clients, ensuring seamless service delivery and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in identifying and targeting potential clients to expand our network and increase revenue.
  • Follow up on leads and facilitate initial client meetings to build strong relationships and close deals.
  • Support the preparation, processing, and administration of new policy applications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of client policies and ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant.
  • Monitor policy renewals, updates, and cancellations to ensure timely and effective communication with clients.
  • Provide ongoing support to existing clients, addressing queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with policy amendments, claims processes, and other client service needs to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and organize client files, records, and correspondence to maintain a high level of organization and productivity.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for internal use and client presentations to support business growth and development.
  • Work closely with brokers, sales teams, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Matric qualification.
  • At least 2 years' experience in the life insurance industry.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software applications.
  • RE5 qualification will be an advantage.
  • Afrikaans and English fluency in speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Valid driver's license and own transport.
