Key Responsibilities:
\u2022 Instil a safety-first culture in the manufacturing facility
\u2022 Manage all production activities across multiple areas
\u2022 Oversee and provide guidance to area supervisors
\u2022 Review and update staff hours for payroll and check daily hours recovered to production jobs in the ERP system
\u2022 Compile and issue job packs to production, including developing and updating progress reports
\u2022 Develop and implement production plans and schedules
\u2022 Ensure production targets and delivery dates are consistently met
\u2022 Ensure production staff comply with break times
\u2022 Understand and optimize workflow processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and safety

\u2022 Resolve staff, safety, technical, and quality issues promptly

Requirements:
\u2022 B.Eng / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
\u2022 Production Management qualification is advantageous
\u2022 Minimum of 5 years' experience in production management within a heavy manufacturing environment
\u2022 Proven track record of managing multiple production areas and leading teams
\u2022 Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment in Metal Forming, Fabrication, Machining, and Fitting
\u2022 Proficient in MS Office suite
