Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and financial planning certifications are preferred.
  • A minimum of 2+ years of industry experience in sales, finance, financial planning, or wealth management.
  • A customer-centric mindset with strong communication and sales skills.
  • Fluency in English and Afrikaans is essential.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • An established network of clients and the ability to prospect for new business.
  • A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
  • A clear credit record (if not 'clear' – proof of payment plan in place).

Career Advancement Opportunities

  1. Senior / Career Advisor:

Ideal Candidate: Experienced professionals with 10+ years in the industry.

Earns R 80,000.00+ commission per month – comprising:

  • 30 – 50% recurring commissions (policies and investments already on the books)
  • 50 – 70% new business commissions (new clients)
  1. Junior / Vested Adviser:

Ideal Candidate: Vested advisors with 5 to 6 years of experience.

Earns R 50,000.00+ commission per month – comprising:

  • 20 – 40% recurring commissions
  • 60 – 80% new business commissions (new clients)
  1. Junior / Partially Vested Adviser:

Ideal Candidate: Junior vested advisors with 2 to 4 years of experience

RE qualified

Earns R 30,000.00+ commission per month – comprising:
