">Your Responsibilities:
">- Client Management: Manage and oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate and timely completion of financial reporting, taxation, and compliance requirements.">
- Cloud Accounting Solutions: Collaborate with the team to develop and implement efficient cloud-based accounting solutions for clients, leveraging the latest technological advancements.">
- Accounting Expertise: Provide expert advice on accounting best practices, ensuring clients' financial processes are streamlined and optimized for efficiency.">
- Mentorship: Assist and mentor junior team members, fostering a supportive and growth-oriented work environment.">
- Client Communication: Engage in regular communication with clients to understand their needs, address inquiries, and maintain strong client relationships.">
- Compliance and Growth: Continuously monitor changes in accounting and tax regulations and industry trends, communicate with relevant colleagues and assist in effective communication to team members and clients alike to ensure compliance.">
- Service Enhancements: Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and contribute to the firm's growth strategy.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
">- Cloud Accounting Expertise: Proficient in at least one cloud-based accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks Online, FreshBooks) and adept at leveraging technology to streamline accounting processes.">
- Technical Proficiency: Capable of acquiring strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation practices in line with UK regulations.">
- Client Focus: Demonstrated ability to understand and address clients' needs, delivering outstanding service and building lasting relationships.">
- Team Player: Collaborative and supportive mindset, willing to work closely with others to achieve common goals of the firm.">

Qualifications and Experience:
">- Professional Accounting Qualification: CA(SA), PA(SA), or CIMA equivalent.">
- Bachelor of Accounting Degree: Or similar.">
- Accounting Management Experience: Proven experience in an accounting management role, preferably within a cloud-based accountancy firm.">
- Minimum 3 Years' Related Experience: Completed SAICA, SAIPA, or CIMA articles.
Additional Experience Valued:
">- Warehousing/Distribution/Logistics Experience: Experience within a warehousing/distribution/logistics environment.">
- Inventory Management Expertise: Excellent knowledge of inventory management principles, techniques, and best practices.">
- ERP Inventory Management System Proficiency: Proficiency in ERP inventory management system, preferably cin7 or similar.
