  • Development & Asset Management
    • Identify and initiate refurbishment and development opportunities, driving business growth and increasing property value.

  • Industry Relationships
    • Build and maintain relationships with key players in the property industry, leveraging industry knowledge and expertise to drive business growth.
Qualifications
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Proven experience in property management, financial management, and team leadership, with a strong track record of success.
  • Skills
    • Strong strategic planning, financial acumen, and excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
