Job Title: Property Administrator

At Dipula Income Fund, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team. As a Property Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our property management functions, ensuring the smooth operation of our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administration: Ensure that critical administrative tasks are performed to allow the full functioning of the portfolio.
  • Tenant Management: Provide excellent customer service to tenants, ensuring their queries are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Leasing: Draft LAFs, renewal letters, and track the status of all leases and renewal letters.
  • Document Management: Ensure that all documentation about tenants and buildings is correctly and timeously filed manually and electronically.
  • Utilities: Ensure that adequate steps are taken to recover utilities, municipal charges, and other operating cost expenditures, where necessary.
  • Arrears: Call tenants for collection/arrears.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to have a strong attention to detail and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
