We are seeking a skilled Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Oxyon People Solutions. This is a 4-month fixed-term contract role based in Wadeville.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Operate the switchboard, answering all incoming calls and ensuring they are transferred to the relevant personnel;
  2. Welcome visitors and ensure they are collected from reception by the appropriate staff members;
  3. Report any telephone extensions that are not functioning to the IT department;
  4. Update the telephone extension list and distribute it to all users within Wadeville;
  5. Book interview appointments for shortlisted candidates and arrange boardrooms for interviews;
Requirements
  • Grade 12 qualification;
  • A certificate or qualification in office management or a related field is required;
  • An HR Diploma or studies towards an HR Diploma will be advantageous;
  • Prior experience as a switchboard operator and receptionist;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory;
