Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training sessions to groups and individuals across multiple IT products and platforms.
  • Create training materials, outlines, process flows, and documentation to support the onboarding process.
  • Assist with workflows, walkthroughs, smart tips, video creation, data analytics, reporting, and end-user assistance through a Digital Adoption Platform.
  • Communicate with end-users post-training to assess the effectiveness of training and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with the technical team to broadcast training materials to end-users.
  • Assess knowledge of trainees post-training and provide status, progress, and results reporting.
  • Use strong communication skills, including excellent active listening skills, to ensure seamless collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Onboard new clients and users, providing a smooth transition to our products and services.
  • Support the company's commercial team in surveying user experiences and relaying feedback to the IT product leadership team.
  • IT Product Organisation/Coordination: Keep accurate records and reporting of IT product usage, demos, onboarding, release notes, training sessions, development requests, and interactions with stakeholders using Company tools and systems.
  • Assist in data quality initiatives within the Company.
  • Partner with the IT product development teams to drive system development, adoption, and meeting business requirements.
Requirements
  • Experience in administration and project management principles.
  • Intermediate report writing skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience in the freight forwarding industry (advantageous).
  • Basic graphic design skills (advantageous).
  • Experience in working with Digital Adoption Platforms (advantageous).
  • Relevant diploma in IT, Business Management and Administration, Project Management, or Software Development.
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite, Excel, and general knowledge of software development.
  • Good analytical skills, written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, able to work in a team and independently.
