Job Title: Senior Credit Controller

Job Summary:

Umoja Recruitment Services is seeking a seasoned Credit Controller to join our team. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing the credit control processes, monitoring customer accounts, and ensuring timely payments. Your expertise in debtors management and financial systems will be invaluable to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage the credit control processes
• Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and address any payment delays promptly
• Processing invoices
• Reconciliation of debtors accounts
• Preparing statements and reports
• Ensure that all accounts are followed-up on a weekly basis to ensure that all accounts due are collected and that system notes are kept up to date

Requirements:

• Senior Credit Controller with a minimum of 5 years full debtors experience within the FMCG or Pharmaceutical industry.
• Syspro is essential.
