Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage the financial team.

  5. Deliver key financial reports within deadlines.
  6. Fulfil fiduciary duties with the utmost integrity and professionalism.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and experience:

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • BCom
  • CA(SA) / CIMA / MBA

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Completed SAICA Articles
  • 10 / 15 years experience in a senior management role
  • Extensive experience across all aspects of financial management, including strategy implementation and financial reporting.
  • Previous experience as a director of an organisation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in due diligence and acquisitions (advantageous).
  • Strong time management, administrative skills, and the ability to deliver under pressure.
  • Proven experience in team leadership and achieving deadlines.
