  • Compiling and updating project cash flow projections and reporting to the accounts department to inform business decisions.
  • Preparing and negotiating final accounts to ensure accurate and timely payment.
  • Assisting in tendering for new projects to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Working closely with the Senior Management/Senior Quantity Surveyor to ensure company business objectives are met and expected project profit margins are exceeded.
  • Maintaining good working relationships with all project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Assisting with construction programme development to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A BSc Quantity Surveyor or BSc Quantity Surveyor Honours or B-tec degree.
  • 3-5 years\u2019 experience in quantity surveying, ideally with a range of projects including Residential, Commercial, Retail, Pharma, and Public works.
  • Proficiency in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook and CCS candy.
  • A strong work ethic and desire to work in a team environment.
