Responsibilities :

  • Developing, implementing, and ensuring the execution of procedures and processes related to Warehousing and Distribution.
  • Conducting regular physical counts of products and reconciling with data to maintain adequate inventory levels.
  • Performing daily, weekly, and monthly stock takes as planned.
  • Coordinating picking and dispatch requirements for the week.
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and resolving all stock variances.
  • Liaising with maintenance on all machinery (forklift) requirements and racking in terms of general maintenance and repairs.
  • Maintaining quality control standards.
  • Ensuring health and safety regulations and standards are being met.
  • Managing the dispatch team in terms of Performance, Discipline, Training, and Regulatory requirements.
  • Developing, implementing, and managing key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility.
  • Analyzing and reporting on all key production indicators in terms of efficiency and variances.
