Job Description

At RMV Solutions Pty Ltd, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Sales Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Sales Forecasting: Create, interpret, and apply sales forecasts based on sales reports to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and preferences to drive sales growth.
  • Sales Planning: Outline goals, strategies, and tactics to achieve desired results, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Problem Solving: Identify sales challenges, address customer concerns, and find solutions to drive customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Performance Analysis: Evaluate sales team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance results.
  • Sales Target Setting: Develop sales targets and goals, implementing strategies to achieve them and drive business growth.
  • Communication: Foster strong written and oral communication skills to connect with clients and sales team members.

In this role, you will also monitor market trends, analyze data, and perform calculations to ensure sales performance meets expectations. A valid driver's license and ability to travel as required are necessary for this position.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management role, preferably within the solar energy industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills, with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, and a benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional development.
