  • Internal Controls: Design, implement, and maintain effective internal controls to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our financial reporting.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our finance team and external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to our finance team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: CA(SA) or similar qualification.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in internal controls (US SOX).
  • Knowledge: IFRS knowledge and experience.
  • Skills: Proven experience to lead and take ownership of projects from conception to completion. Ability to work well under tight deadlines, prioritize and multi-task. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across departments.
