Operations Planning Assistant

We are excited to offer a Graduate training program at Alistair Group, which will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in the field of supply chain management.
In this role, you will assist with a range of tasks including POD uploads, planning, document reviews, and subcontractor onboarding, learning by doing and training with the document team.
As a member of our Managed Fleets section, you will work closely with the planning and admin team to ensure seamless delivery of our logistics services.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responsible for collating, reviewing, checking and uploading PODs
- Assisting with planning and reporting responsibilities
- Reviewing and assisting in subcontractor due diligence updates
- Providing a support role to operations
- Create reports for data analysis
- Carry out daily audits of data of smart sheets
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Relevant work experience a plus but not necessary
- Excellent English communication skills essential, Swahili a nice to have
- Proficient computer literacy to effectively operate online management systems and Microsoft Office
- Faultless administration skills ensuring accurate and efficient procedures
- Able to communicate effectively via phone and email
- Demonstrate ability to anticipate and evaluate problems and situations and draw logical conclusions and implement practical solutions
