About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Aluminium Despatching Manager to join our team at Staff Unlimited Recruitment. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for overseeing the timely and accurate delivery of aluminium products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Daily Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the aluminium despatching department, ensuring seamless coordination with production and sales teams.
  • Coordinate with Teams: Collaborate with production and sales teams to ensure timely delivery of orders, maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained, minimizing stockouts and overstocking.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement efficient despatching processes and procedures, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
  • Shipping and Logistics: Ensure all shipments are properly packaged and labeled for safe transport, working closely with transportation providers to negotiate rates and ensure timely delivery.
