Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing retirement fund administration in accordance with business, legislative and industry requirements, enhancing client satisfaction.

  • Client complaint resolution and escalation management.
  • Effective communication and SLA delivery.
  • Service recovery and client relationship rebuilding.
  • Competent handling of client requests and inquiries.
  • Broker and client visit management.
  • Relationship building and maintenance.
  • Employer and broker report preparation.
  • Understanding of retirement fund contributions, including collection, recording, and reconciliation.
  • Management of defaults in line with S13A prescripts.
  • Exits processing, including withdrawals, retrenchments, retirements, and death benefits in accordance with S37 of the PFA.
  • S14 transfers processing and reconciliation.
  • Client servicing, addressing queries, and resolving complaints efficiently.
  • Coordination of service delivery with the Administration Manager.
  • Support to the Portfolio Manager for efficient client service.
  • Risk mitigation and escalation.
  • Reporting on complaint findings to prevent recurrence.
  • Maintenance of consistent service delivery for client retention and satisfaction.
  • Utilization of IT systems for accurate documentation.
  • Adherence to organisational best practices and legislative requirements.
  • Broad product knowledge for accurate response to customer complaints.
