About the Job

This role involves coordinating the movement of materials, ensuring accurate tracking and management of inventory levels. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of inventory accuracy, conducting cycle counts, and resolving any discrepancies that may arise.

Main Duties:

  1. Issuing parts to Engineering and Plant departments
  2. Cycle counting and resolving inventory accuracy issues
  3. Ordering selected materials
  4. Stock control and maintenance of inventory standards
  5. 5S storage organization
  6. Houseskeeping
  7. SAP transaction posting
  8. General inventory control (enquiries, cycle counting, inventory)
  9. Handling high transaction volumes under pressure
  10. Liaising with Engineering staff and manufacturing departments

Key Requirements:

  • Administrative discipline
  • Effective communication skills
