Customer Retention Strategist

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Success Advisor to join our team at Hexagon Mining, Inc. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through technical guidance and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic account plans with Account Managers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide technical expertise to Account Managers and Business Development Managers on Hexagon solutions, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Conduct system audits, site visits, and perform ROI assessments to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in mining, technology, or geology.
- 5-10 years' experience in mining-related business, including subject matter expertise in Mine Engineering / Planning, Drill and Blast Engineering / Technology, and/or Ore Control.
