- Ensure proper version control and naming conventions.
- Create clear and user-friendly release notes, product guides, and instructional content.
- Design and deliver internal training sessions and new employee onboarding programs.
- Develop training materials tailored to specific roles and learning objectives.
- Lead projects to enhance knowledge sharing, such as creating an online how-to portal.
- Implement stakeholder feedback to improve documentation and training resources.
- Stay current with industry best practices for knowledge dissemination.
- Provide subject matter expertise on software platforms to internal teams.
- Offer guidance and support on documentation standards and best practices.
- Respond to technical inquiries and support requests in a timely manner.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in a content/knowledge management role within a SaaS environment.
