You'll identify those key target audiences and craft captivating communication that not only grows the BET Software family, but also drives engagement and conversions. It's all about aligning with our business and marketing objectives while keeping the creative sparks flying.

**You Bring**:

- Relevant diploma/degree.
- 2 - 3 years of admin/operations management.
- 3 - 4 years of marketing/digital experience.
- 2 - 3 years of Digital Marketing Tools experience.
- Business acumen.
- Research abilities.
- Digital literacy.
- A systematic approach to work.

**What You’ll Do**:
Create and execute digital marketing campaigns.- Provide input into the design and improvements of the UI/UX elements of our websites and administer these websites and publish content.- Create both written and visual content across channels and work with our designers, copywriters and content specialists to create targeted content tailored to each platform, audience and goal.- Monitor the performance of campaigns, and suggest and implement improvements to optimise these, using analytics tools to identify opportunities to reach our business and marketing goals.- Prepare reports, presentations, etc, to communicate results and analyse campaign outcomes, ROI and KPI’s.
- Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)** **- advanced knowledge of SEO and the ability to create and effectively manage organic search campaigns based on specific objectives.
- Pay-Per-Click advertising (PPC) - deliver profitable PPC campaigns that meet specific objectives and deliver ROI across multiple ad networks, such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and paid social advertising.
- Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) - use CRO to optimise our marketing funnels, improve campaign performance and improve landing page conversion rates/reduce bounce rates.
- Data analysis** **- use data analytics to measure, analyse, and report on campaign performance and provide accurate insights to allow the Marketing Team and leadership to make data-driven decisions.
- Social Media Marketing - grow high-quality followers in our industry as identified in our strategies, and improve engagement across the main social channels, including industry specific platforms.
- Digital PR - develop and increase our online presence through high-quality backlink generation, press releases, guest posting, and other initiatives that elevate status and brand exposure online.
- Website CMS - be able to administer and publish content on our websites, in other words, experience with website content management systems -WordPress being advantageous.
- HTML & CSS experience (advantageous) - use HTML and CSS to make changes to our website, customise and perform content experiments, and design landing pages and update metadata.
