Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging training sessions to help users master our software and hardware
  • Break down complex concepts into bite-sized, easy-to-understand chunks
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored training solutions
  • Travel to client sites to deliver training and support
  • Stay up-to-date with software and hardware developments to provide expert guidance

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the FMCG sector, preferably in training
  • A+ and N+ certifications, with a valid driver's license and own vehicle
  • Ability to work overtime, especially during new installations
  • CTT or equivalent training/teaching certification (a bonus)
  • Clear criminal record
