**Description**

Optima Consulting Services (PTY) LTD is looking for an administrative assistant in the Forensic division as well as the administration of Estates to join their team. The primary responsibility is to assist with general administration duties including (but not limited to) the responsibilities listed under the key requirements.

**Relationships and Personal Activities**

**Reporting Structure**:

- Directly responsible to: Mr. Zeelie; Partners of Zeelie Auditors and Directors of SAEAT.
- Keep good relationships with Business owners of sister companies.

**Minimum requirements**
- Grade 12 Qualification.
- Code 08 driver’s license.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite computer packages (especially MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of accounting

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assistant to Mr. Zeelie:

- Assist with forensic investigations.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Deal with banking and payment matters.
- Finalising court documents.
- General administrative and secretarial assistance.
- Correspondence on behalf of Mr. Zeelie.
- Diary Management.
- Filing Management.
- Financial schedule assistance.
- Capturing of timesheets.
- Capturing of CPD hours.
- Arrange travel and accommodation through a travel agent.
- Administration of Estates for SA Estate Administrators & Trustees Pty Ltd.
- Other - As decided on by the Directors of Optima Consulting.

**Salary**: R17,500.00 - R20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Roodepoort, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (preferred)
