**REQUIREMENTS**
- Matric, relevant qualifications advantageous and own transport ESSENTIAL
- 2-3 years similar work experience
- Knowledge of Production procedures
- ESSENTIAL to have sound knowledge of **roll forming machines/ cranking machines / CNC press brakes**:

- Must be able to adjust / set the machines to produce the correct profiles. "On flashings and roof sheets"
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

**DUTIES**
- Organize floor staff to optimize production
- Operating roll forming machines, cranking machines, CNC press brakes
- Planning and prioritizing production
- Minimize and record wastage
- Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of the factory
- Maintaining company safety and housekeeping standards
- Responsible for quality control and all products
- Managing machine operators and assistants

**Salary**: R negotiable dependent on experience
