- To successfully execute projects involving client tracing, data investigations, and financial corrections. Emphasizing the identification and resolution of data exceptions, while closely managing and monitoring all ongoing data exception reporting.**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience in the Financial Services industry.
- Familiarity with Momentum Investment products and systems (preferred).
- Knowledge of the investment environment.
- Understanding of the system development life cycle.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- A relevant degree is preferred.
- An analytical qualification is a plus.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

**Data Investigation and Analysis**:

- Analyze data to give accurate feedback to management.
- Correct transactions as needed.
- Spot data issues or errors and report them for correction.
- Find the root causes of data errors and suggest fixes.
- Collaborate with IT and management teams to gather data and create dashboards or update processes.

**Client Tracing and Data Integrity**:

- Adhere to internal and external tracing procedures.
- Manage investments with positive or negative balances, including those inactive but still showing positive balances.
- Correct financial transactions and maintain accurate data in all records.

**Project Prioritsation and Management**:

- Help prioritize data projects and identify key ones to focus on.
- Suggest solutions for fixing data issues or errors.
- Assign tasks to service specialists for corrections or fix errors directly when needed.

**Communication and Reporting**:

- Share accurate data with clients, financial advisers, and third-party providers.
- Work with different teams to ensure smooth processes and give regular progress updates.
- Report unclaimed benefits to ASISA and unpaid benefits to FSCA/Trustees.
- Prepare and submit the annual Directors' disclosure report to the Group Remuneration committee.

- Keep clear communication with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and support reporting functions.
