Brand and Marketing Analyst

**POSITION DETAILS**
- Responsible for overall sales reporting and analysis where required.
- Support the development of innovative marketing campaigns to ensure the budget/forecast targets are met.
- Develop and maintain the annual marketing budget/forecasts.
- Develop and maintain the annual marketing campaign calendar.
- Fully engage with and support Ford’s Marketing team, FDAF and agency partners
- Prepare and manage the publication of dealer bulletins.
- Maintain desk procedures and compliance with internal control requirements (MCRP, OIC, AFR, etc.).
- Manage the sales and marketing spend process - from proposal to payment.
- Support all GTM activities and support weekly meetings
- Ensure that periodic reconciliations, not just at marketing program completion, to ensure payments have been made in-line with approved subvention programs.
- Manage and maintain all promotional materials.
- Support the planning, management and execution of all events.
- Ensure compliance with the DRG, annual AFR, and GIS requirements.
- Ad-hoc tasks as requested by management from time to time.

**QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE**
- Academic qualification: Degree in Marketing, Business and Sales.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the finance industry or Marketing industry
- Experience of working with figures
- Demonstrably excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to interact with senior management from time to time
- Event and Project management experience will be advantageous

- Identify and implement Simplify / Modernize opportunities.
- Develop appropriate training plans and ensure training/desk procedures/job aids are available.
- 100% compliance with all adopted Procedures
- Enhanced dealer satisfaction & service levels

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES (KSA)**
- Customer orientated with good interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under tight deadlines, pressurized environments.
- Strong computer skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
- Project management
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, planning and analytical skills Self-starter with discipline
- Planning and Organizing (plans, organises and prioritises work to ensure that goals, objectives and commitments are met)
- Sharing information and influencing others (strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to liaise cross functionally, internally and externally)
- Consistently demonstrate a passionate and enthusiastic approach, underpinned by a strong drive for results and willingness to see tasks through to a successful conclusion
- Ability to work effectively with others as part of a team and on own initiative
- General knowledge of Ford / Ford Credit global procedures, policies and standards
- Ability to communicate effectively within a diverse cultural environment
