The Change Management and Performance Management Specialist will play a critical role in facilitating effective change and performance management within the organization. They will collaborate with various teams, leverage established tools and techniques, and contribute to the successful delivery of change initiatives. Additionally, the specialist will support the implementation of performance management strategies to optimize business outcomes. This role requires strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of change management principles and performance management methodologies.

**Responsibilities**:
Report directly to the Executive Head of Change Management or their designated representative, providing regular updates on change management and performance management activities.

Collaborate closely with the Innovation Core Change and Transformation team, working with Marketing, Communication, HR/IR, Organization Development, Organization Design, and Learning & Development Team Leads.

Utilize existing templates, tools, and techniques for change management or develop new ones as necessary, ensuring high-quality results.

Contribute to time-sensitive activities that expedite the delivery of change initiatives.

Actively participate in Change and Transformation war room or hub activities to address and resolve change and learning issues raised by business change enablement.

Assist in creating and updating change approaches, plans, stakeholder matrices, change impact assessments, business readiness assessments, and other relevant reports for specific programs.

Support program change managers in preparing presentations and artifacts that facilitate seamless business engagement and delivery.

Design communication approaches, plans, and create relevant media artifacts for leadership and business stakeholders to effectively communicate change initiatives.

Aid in the development, implementation, tracking, and reporting of change benefits and value for impacted business entities.

Provide support to business change leads and respective business units to optimize solution adoption and ensure the realization of benefits.

Develop and implement performance management strategies, tools, and processes to enhance individual and team performance.

Conduct performance assessments, identify performance gaps, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to establish performance metrics, goals, and objectives aligned with organizational strategies.

Assist in the design and implementation of training and development programs to address performance gaps and support continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources) is required. Master's degree is preferred.

Proven experience in change management, performance management, or related fields

Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

Familiarity with performance management strategies, tools, and techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in utilizing change management software and tools.

Demonstrated ability to facilitate training and workshops on change management and performance management topics.

Proactive and adaptable, with a continuous improvement mindset.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
