Receptionist / Junior Administrator

We are looking to hire a receptionist and/or junior administrator to join the GlobeScope team and also assist operations department with admin duties.
**Requirements**:
- Matric certificate.
- Good written and verbal skills.
- Able to follow instructions and execute accordingly.
- Able to answer calls in a professional manner.
- Adequate computer literacy skills (specifically Microsoft word)
- Eager to develop new skills and willing to learn.
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Signing for deliveries.
- Welcoming visitors and informing the appropriate department.
- Assisting operations department with admin tasks.
- Keeping record of office supplies and stationary.
- Completing requistions and placing orders for supplies.
- Weekly reports.
- Filing documents and archiving files.
**Salary**: From R3,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Blackheath, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- High School (matric) (required)
