Support all functions of the company as first point of contact for visitors and incoming inquiries to the company.
**Responsibilities**:
- As a key point of entry to the organisation, acts with tact, discretion, and courtesy at all times and maintain the reception area in a clean and tidy condition.
- Professionally receives, welcomes, books, and refers visitors to the relevant individual or department.
- Assist in scheduleing appointments and arrangements for meetings, training, conferences, and travel.
- Support work space efficiency and effectiveness by reporting maintenance / repairs and arranging facilities for parking, taxi arrangements and security badges for visitors.
- Maintain office supplies, canteen, stationary or other material and perform administrative tasks as assigned and may perform basic clerical tasks and adhoc duties.
**What we looking for**:
- Grade 12
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in similar position
- Advanced PC Literacy skills
- Ability to communicate on all levels
- Good command of verbal and written English, Afrikaans and an additional official african language

**Salary**: R18 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month

- High School (matric) (required)
**Experience**:
- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 2 years (required)
- Reception: 2 years (required)
