- **5 years Linux networking experience / NOC**:

- **Hail from a high traffic, quick turnaround SLA environment**:

- **Exposure to ITIL**:

- **Previous 1st and 2nd Line support**:

- **Docker and Kubernetes knowledge**:

- **Experience with virtualization ie VMware / OpenStack**:

- **Ability to work shifts**:

- **Ability to work hybrid in Cape Town**:

- **Experience with Monitoring Tools and ability to demonstrate experience**
